Stormy night. Absolutely tipping it down at times in the morning - had to wade ankle-deep in Harbour Road. But my usual precautions - dry clothes in rucksack inside 3 layers of plastic - worked well. NB in future to note days when high tide is near 8am, as that's what makes the storm drains back up.

Aggravation continued in the afternoon - flood had closed Harbour Road, and just as in the morning there'd been floods in unprecedented places, now there were traffic jams in unprecedented places.
