Rather colder, some rain, quite dark grey sky.

Sunday, December 29, 2002

Very rainy day.

Tuesday, December 24, 2002

Christmas Eve. Odd coming out of work in full daylight at 12.20pm. Back via Thorley Cross - winter countryside looking very odd in sunlight rather than the darkness I'm used to.

Saturday, December 21, 2002

Damp, foggy weather.

Thursday, December 19, 2002

Cold and clear again.

Wednesday, December 18, 2002

Cold and clear. Magnificent skyscape visible from top of building at lunchtime - line of dark clouds stretching off into the West for miles.

On the way home saw the (perfectly) Full Moon rising out of horizon cloud. Soon the fields were all lit with moonlight. Not something I get to see at all often, spending as I do so much time in street-lit areas.

Tuesday, December 17, 2002

Sky cleared in the afternoon, after promising flat 'scallop' clouds with gaps were visible at lunchtime. Wonderful Full Moon rose about 4.30pm.

Sunday, December 15, 2002

Very dark, wet day.

Saturday, December 14, 2002

Not really cold, but grey and damp. Made mince pies - very cosy thing to be doing on a dark December Saturday.

Friday, December 13, 2002

Comparatively warm today, with some heavy rain mid-morning. Very dark and gloomy.

Thursday, December 12, 2002

Weather a bit warmer.

Wednesday, December 11, 2002

Colder again, with real biting East wind.

Tuesday, December 10, 2002

Colder still - stronger wind. And dry - 36% relative humidity in the office in the morning.

Monday, December 09, 2002

Clear and very cold, with a dry East wind.

Sunday, December 08, 2002

Again a very dark day - and cold with it.

Saturday, December 07, 2002

Kind of 'snow to come' weather, featureless grey sky, cold and dark - getting dark at 2pm when I was coming back from town.

Wednesday, December 04, 2002

Rainy and grey most of the day, but by 5pm it was cold and clear with bright stars.

Monday, December 02, 2002

Weather very cold and dry, very appropriate December weather. I love December, with Christmas and the chance of snow.
