Beautiful sunny weather. It's been nice enough for a stroll round the lake every lunchtime this week. Ducklings have been much in evidence.

One of those April days - windy but not cold - which remind me of campus in the 3rd year (1991), with the light green leaves against grey sky or buildings. Quite a pleasant association.

Another beautiful start to the day, but clouded over again later.

Beautiful calm, clear sunny morning like yesterday. At lunchtime that smell of the sea that I've noticed before here in Dulchester. Clouded over after a bit in the afternoon, wind changed, no more sea smell.

Gorgeous weather, hardly a cloud in the sky all day, with fantastic 'full colour' feeling whenever I was outside. At lunchtime: the lake, the daisies, the blackthorn blossom, the grass. In the morning: the great green dome of a chestnut tree by the bus station. In the afternoon: green slopes on campus, new oak leaves. In the evening: the bright leaves of the chestnut outside my window, and a clear evening sky.

Beautiful weather, both in the morning (calm and sunny) and at lunchtime (breezy big-cumuli spring day ambience which doesn't need much sun to be enjoyable).

Raining hard in the morning - very pleasant bus journey listening to Every Day Is Like Sunday and Death of a Disco Dancer with the rain streaming down the bus windows. One of those dismal occasions that become cosy because one feels warm and relaxed.
Weather completely cleared up later, turning into a sunny, big-cumuli, breezy afternoon and a beautiful clear evening.

An intensely bright day, really calm and clear.

Up at seven and off, in a fog, to charge the battery and get groceries. Sun came out and by 8.30 I was buying a fan in B&Q, on a beautiful spring morning. Going to Sainsburys at 9.15, I was reminded of the Saturday mornings of childhood - sun and drying dew.

Weather warmer, sun out most of the day, clear post-sunset sky with a few clouds drifting calmly across it.

Beautiful weather in the morning, cool and bright with huge cumuli. Walked into town, admiring green willows in the field on the side of the road. For the first time in a while felt that this is a nice part of Dulchester to live in.

Even colder, with strong North wind. Heating on again this weekend, indicating we've had a whole week of this cold. Spring greenery coming on fine in the sun, though.

Good showery weather.

Perhaps some spring-like strong afternoon sunlight on the way home. Green leaves have been appearing on the hedge at the back of the flat for the last week.

Still very cold. Good to see the leaves opening on the chestnut tree outside, though.
