Very warm and sunny again. Have really had the 'spacious' feeling this long weekend: with all the windows open, the sitting outside etc.

Bright sunny weather most of the day.

Still warm today, with a South wind.

Reverse weather to the last few days: cloudy in the morning, clearing to clear sky and 'seaside' conditions in the afternoon (by which I mean warm sun, fresh breeze).

Weather much colder, with NE wind, and rain in the morning. Cleared to a bright afternoon with cold wind and hot sun, a bit like being at the beach.

Very pleasant weather though; walking home it was golden and hazy and exactly the right temperature for the clothes I had on - like walking through warm water.

Everything feels very damp, and indeed a white mist has come down. Unusual. I half expect my pen to furrow the paper like the Collector's once the rains begin.

Grey, uninviting day, so stayed in and watched Buffy while sorting out my paper trays.

Unusually walked to work, having driven yesterday. I thought it'd be a good idea to put a walk in the bank on a day when it wasn't raining.

More heavy rain today.

Rained heavily almost all day. Had to go out and pump up the car tyres during it. When I got back inside I did enjoy the feeling of being indoors while it was dark and rainy outside.

'Bright white' weather today, rather humid. Walking along Chester Road to get to the park, was taken aback by combination of white sky, big red brick wall and prominent corner brick house. I got an extraordinary impression of visiting grandparents as a kid. Not a negative impression, but a strange one.
