Quite glad I got the heating worked on, it's been very cold these last couple of days. Wish I could have heating and hot water at the same time though! Ironically the original problem was that I had to have them together.

Wind gradually became very strong, blowing me right round as I walked home across the park. Earlier on journey, excellent 'apocalyptic' view of landscape to west as sun came through grey clouds and sent down a funnel of dusty yellow light.
