At 10am a morning so fair it might have been the first morning of the world.

A cold, clammy mist enveloped the streets this morning. However, it cleared during the day and it became quite Spring-like.

Watched the new-style weather - not too bad, Centigrade gone, Celsius instead.

The ice on the river was thick enough to cross!!!

Noticed a can blowing along the river ice at about 25mph - strong wind and no friction.

Went out in the afternoon to sledge.
