Beautiful weather, with actually a warm wind.

Lovely weather - sun, big white clouds.

Interesting weather again - heavy showers. Looking out about 1.45 saw well-developed, close, large clouds and looking 'fresh' with blurry edges - I thought 'heavy showers this afternoon.' Duly one such at 2.30, with hail.

Interesting weather today - heavy rain and wind. Some great effects in the afternoon with half the sky dark, and rain coming down in buckets, the other half lightening up. Love it when that happens.

Still no sunshine today - dull weather continuing.

Raining in the morning so drove to work. Wish the sun would come out - we've had miserable weather recently.

In the early afternoon the weather turned cold, with a biting East wind.

Rained so didn't go out much.

Fresh smell in the air today, like Spring. In the evening a wonderful bright full moon - like summer with the damp breeze, and sky with cirrocumulus like daytime seen through blue glass.

Started raining at 8.50am, rained all day, still going at 8.50pm.

Bright, sunny weather. Was going to write 'almost Spring-like' but then, it is Spring.

Snowed during the evening meeting, and stuck. On the way home it 'flowed down in ever-denser clouds'. All of a sudden it began sticking in the road and 3rd gear became a necessity, then 2nd. Found myself in a blizzard with visibility less than 10 yds. Was lucky to get down the hill without slipping and just as lucky to get up the other side. Proceeded with extreme caution home. Even had trouble getting up the drive. Can't remember proper snow this late in the year before.

March 3rd. Bright sun in the morning with snow still lying, but thaw underway.
