Horrible weather - grey, hot, raining in the morning and right up till lunchtime. (Just remembered June 1997 when it seemed to rain every day. Always see myself in Garden Lane, walking to the forex place with my umbrella).

Think the weather got fed up with me taking it for granted. Grey, hot and humid today with a little rain in the evening (and that rain-after-dry-spell scent in the air).

More gorgeous weather. I do like these long sunny evenings. I open windows and the front door, and the flat becomes light and airy.

Gorgeous weather. Had to take my jacket off when I'd only got as far as Tescos. Usually I'm in Limes Road before that happens. At lunchtime sat under the oak tree again and just chilled out, watching the leaves on the trees round the lake wave in the breeze.

Moved all my net curtains to half the height of the window, so I can see the sky and distance and still not be seen from outside unless I go right up to the window. Amazing difference. Sky views are important to me, it seems.
