Once again, beautiful weather most of the day - clouded over in the afternoon.

Beautiful weather again. Clear blue sky all day, and now after sunset still clear, but a wonderful dull orange-rose on the western horizon, shading upwards through wine-coloured light to blue.

Clocks having gone forward, coming out of work in the afternoon was surprised to find everything blue, yellow and warm rather than red, orange and chilly. I know I said the same last year, but the feeling of 'spaciousness' conveyed by the clear blue sky, warm wind and birdsong shouldn't go unrecorded.

Beautiful morning - warm, sunny, birds singing. An authentic bit of Spring weather.

Heavy showers and sun again. Sun in the morning, showers in the afternoon; got soaked by very heavy, cold, vertical rain on way home.

Warm; blue sky and daffodils in the afternoon. Pleasant, muddy spring smell. Some nice patches of clear, blue-green sky at sunset - sun setting noticeably further round to the west than before.

Much warmer and brighter today. On way back from wedding rehearsal stopped to admire stars in dark country sky: simply dripping with stars in Orion region, sure I saw 7 Pleiades. Could see down to 29½°S (bottom of 'coathanger' in Canis Major) without even trying, and there was a lot of blank sky below that.

Big blue and white spring day. Mae hi'n braf the Welsh would say, 'brave' a good word for today's weather.

Another bright cold day. Deceptive weather though, bright and warm inside but still wintry cold outside, with bare branches except for blossoming blackthorn.
