28th. Stayed in in the morning and watched it snow: big flakes but too warm to really settle - it got dispersed by rain in the afternoon.

Lovely weather in the morning with small cumuli. Cold though. Barometer dropped from 992 to 972 mb in the evening, with snow forecast.
3rd. There was a lot of snow lying about 2 am but it had gone by 9.30.
