Horrible cold misty morning, went out to exercise car with much foreboding. Appalling traffic all the way to Sainsburys, and as the temperature, at 1°C, was colder than a fridge, I decided to go straight in and do the shopping and then finish exercising the car afterwards, which I duly did.
