Very dark in the morning, and then 3 hours' rain, which scotched my plans to go to Tescos. But by the time I'd finished typing up weather diaries, it'd stopped raining, and indeed as the afternoon went on it turned into a fine day. Suspect a warm front passage, so hopefully there might be some cold front excitement later. I love a cold front passage.

Everything in the garden damp, but yesterday I'd been wishing for damp conditions so I could weed the far patio, and I thought it best to go with the narrative, so spent ½ hour out there.
