Beautiful day. Coming back in the evening stopped to look at the stars above the Edge - Orion, Sirius, the Hyades and Pleiades, Venus and Jupiter. Very beautiful, and so many more than usual! Orion and his bow quite plain.

Thick fog in the morning, the thickest I can remember at low level. Could see about 30 yards. Wasn't safe to drive faster than 25mph in some places. It burnt off by midday though - a very warm spring day in fact.
