Rather autumnal weather - rain in the morning, and wind, and dead leaves flying past the church windows. Interestingly windy in the evening.

Pouring with rain in the morning. Waited for a dry spell to go into town - it started raining again as I walked. Doh!

Lovely mellow, warm weather today.

Rather nice weather, mellow and hazy.

Last night and tonight, silent purple sky flashes to the SE. Made the radio crackle like lightning does, but there was no thunder. Odd.

Return of summery weather today, up to a point, though it was cold in the morning.

Weather definitely Septembral now. Very much reminiscent of going away to uni.

Enjoyed leaning out of the window to watch the rain falling in the afternoon.

Rained most of the day. It was pleasant to listen to the rain while in bed, and during the morning to see it beating on the windows while I was assembling my new chest of drawers. Not so pleasant walking back from town in it when it started again in the afternoon.

Wonderful pre-dawn clear sky at 4.30 am, dark blue shading through turquoise to yellow, and Venus bright on the blue - Eala Earendel eongla beorhtast!

Cold front passed over in the early afternoon.

Clear, sunny start, but greyed over, with rain, for an autumnal if not wintry feel.

Very much colder and greyer today, with stiff North wind. Brought coat out of summer storage.
