Frosty at first - spotted a couple of cars run into ditches. Beautifully clear sunny day.

Beautiful clear afternoon - went back to the highest point, stupendous view, best day I could've chosen, especially after Tuesday's debâcle. Clouded over very swiftly about 5pm though.

Heavy rain, but by the evening perfect star-gazing conditions.

Driving rain and thunder in the morning, during which the sun came out. Showers the rest of the day. In the evening very windy, cold too.

Drove to the highest point in the county, 440ft. It was raining so hard I didn't even get out of the car, but I could see there were wide views.

Great winds in the evening.

Perfectly clear night with all the stars visible. Noticed Betelgeuse (top left-hand corner of Orion) is red, in the same way as Aldebaran though not quite so red.
